uploading pictures

Does anyone know how to get the file size down when using a samsung s5 phone? Ive been trying to upload piks and cropping but its always too big xxx

I’m the same with my iPhone 6 find either screen shot the picture or cropping it worked after a while or try rotating it aswell xx

I have managed to upload them to my profile but still can only fit one fried egg on a post so i give up haha xx

Go on image optimiser.net it makes it a smaller size
