Just thought I would let pre-op girls know that the V pillow in Argos is £10.49 or two for £15 at the moment. Very good quality for the price, get them whilst on offer 🙂 x
.
@siobhanbrook hi, have you used this yet? I’m really torn between getting a V shaped pillow or using the larger U shaped ones! everyone gets the V shaped but I’m not sure whether it will keep in in the same position all night xx
I’m 16 days away from surgery and my V pillow from Amazon £9.99 with a case arrived today and oh my god it’s so comfy I’m currently sitting up in bed and I could easily fall asleep I have been so worried about sleeping sitting up but now I’m not!!
@staceyleighhunt88 do you think it would keep you upright throughout the night? i might order one earlier to get used to sleeping with it before my op xx
@issie i use a v pillow with 2 normal pillows under! I usually am a bit slid down by morning but not flat xx
Hey, sorry I haven’t yet as my operation isn’t until June (I’m very organised) so thought I’d go buy one. Can always just use more than one as well as the pillows on your bed. The sleeping part is most thing I’m worried about after my op, I love sleep haha xxx
I’ve been using my v pillow which I bought from Argos as well as the lil neck pillows you use for when on a plane and it gas helped sooo much would recommend to everyone. The first few nights I slept on my sofa to make sure I stayed sitting up but now I just prop the v pillow up against my usual pillows and cushions in bed
Thanks, this puts my mind at rest. I still have a bit of a wait yet until my surgery but it’s the part I’m dreading the most x
These are on Wowcher I’ve just bought the batwing pillow! Xx
Brilliant! Thanks a lot xx
