I’ve read that a few of you found a V pillow helped you get comfy post op. Just wanting to ask if there’s any other helpful hints on getting comfy post op?
Also, who has used a Macom bra? Or what bras did girls find good? I’ve seen a lovely sports/surgical bra from Asda but wondering if I should get best of the best and just get Macoms.
I’m trying to get as organised and possible in the lead up to the op and buy everything necessary. This is like preparing to have a baby!
hey lisa, def get a v pillow i couldnt of done without it, i still sleep with it now cos its so comfy and im 8 weeks post opp. i didnt use a macom but i used the asda post surgery and i used the m&s sports bras. they were both good and comfy x
I am currently wearing the macom bra & also bought the Adsa one to wear whilst washing the macom. I have to say the macom is deffo more comfy to wear & feels much more supportive, also as it is front fastening you do not have the fastener pushing into your back whilst having to sleep upright. I also used the V pillow which was fantasic. xx
