V Pillow question…

….do you put it behind your neck? Back? Bum? Never used one b4 xx

Behind your neck chick. It should look like an upside down V when you lie back.

It should support your neck but the pillows underneath will support your back.

You can move it about to make it comfortable for you. I used to sleep with one on my side.

Youtube it even? Just to get a better idea.
