My BA isn’t until 20th Oct but I have seen lots of girls mention the V-Pillows. Why do we need it? Can we not sleep nomally afterwards? How long for?

    Thanks Girlies x

Hey, you can’t sleep flat on your back, on your front or side. You have to be upright and sleep like it and its very uncomftable and a v pillow helps support you, its a good idea to get one!! I don’t know what I’d do without mine!

    Hey hun,

You need to sleep propped up a little. Plus for the comfort when you’re sat around, healing. I’m 4 days post op now and I would say its been the most useful item through the whole thing! Normal pillows are no good at all, the v-shape ones give your whole top half great support xxx

Hi Sharon, I am less than 24 hour post op & I wish I took my V pillow to hospiatl with me. The sleeping upright was okay but it was like sleeping upright in the car & my head kept falling to one side which woke me up. V pillow keeps you snuggled in.

    Good Luck x
