V12- How did people get log in details? Has anyone paid over the phone?

I have a direct debit set up with them for about £87 a month to repay my lipo, however I want to pay the rest off in full but no one ever gets back to me when i request log in details to do this online, I dont know i its safe to do it over the phone, what proof do you have its done etc.

I paid my deposit over the phone and they posted me a receipt. Not sure about paying in full tho, contact mya mod about it, they usually get somebody to phone u asap xxxx
