VERY Sensitive Boobies…

Hey girls, I am now 12 days post op.. and my boobs are SUPER sensitive. Seriously, I can’t wear my MaCom because it feels like it’s restricting my breathing therefore making me very very uncomfortable.. but I can’t wear nothing as my clothing (no matter how soft) rubs against me and also makes me uncomfortable!! I can’t win!! And it’s driving me NUTTTTSSSSS..

It’s making me miserable, especially whilst I’m at work.. all I want to do is cry because it’s so damn sensitive!!

Any tips or advice on how to make it feel better? I really can’t sit at work another day at the brink of tears!!

Hey hun. Its because your niplles have been stretched. Put lots of cream on them and put cotton wool between your nipples and the Macom bra. I had this and it was horrible because that bra is quite harsh especially with sensitive nips. Wait till the itching comes. Then you’ll be going nuts! lol. If it does a cool hairdrier helps x

Well cotton wool really helped me hun but try and keep them well moisturised. It’s just the skin stretching to accommodate your new big boobies x

The worst part is a car journey!! Makes me want to cry even if it’s a small journey.. they are SO uncomfortable it’s unreal.

Babe I no this sounds stupid but my neighbour had a boob job and she used nipple cream for breastfeeding and cooling gel pads you can buy that cool the breast down for more comfort and stop itching too she used them and helped her so much they 5 er in boots baby section and you stick em in the fridge hope this helps

hi hun im exactly d same hun, any clothes touching dem r kiling me, ive had 2 sleep wivout my bra on, of a night n dat has been helping me, but not sure i shud b, it is making me feel quite low 2 hun as i was in work yest 4 1st time n felt really tender n u cant explain d feelin 2 any1, xxx

Royle.. I know what you mean! Last night I HAD to sleep with no bra on, I literally had the worst nights sleep ever because I was so uncomfortable with a very loose top on.. so I had to take that off too!! I don’t know whether it’s really bad to not wear a bra, but I just need to feel comfortable!!

Its cool hun no worrys

ive had 2 do it every night still, cant satnd anything touching it, its been awful in work feel really misrable wiv it n so uncomfortable jus found out it can last six wks or more cant believe it, cant take much more, also getting lots of shooting pains, also throu nipple area xx
