Visible Stitch!

Hi Ladies

I’m now 4 weeks PO, yesterday in the shower I noticed that the outer stitch on my right boob seems to have moved to the surface. Its not just the end poking out, but the full stitch(around 1cm long). You can actually see it, looks like a clear piece of plastic!!!

Has anyone else experienced this??? Do you think I should call my PS??? I have an apt with him in 2 weeks, but am kind of freaking out!!!

I would call the nurse now,see if you can move your appointment forward honey.xxx

are your stitches dissolvable? if so, it might just be ready to fall off or dissolve, probably nothing to worry about x

are your stitches dissolvable ones? it may just be that it is ready to dissovle and made its way to the top. some of mine are sticking out and sometimes pop through my macom bra. One has just dissolved – i thought it was infection but emergency nurse said not so i’m not worried at all, just getting checked out as precaution at my clinic today xx

Made an apt to see the nurse tomorrow, they are dissolvable Natalie. Nurse said same thing to me, it would probably dissolve by itself, but she will check it for me if I’m worried. Good luck today, let me know how it goes xxx

just cut it off hun I had all my mine sorted yesterday its your body pushing it out and after 4 weeks wont disolve hun x
