Vitamin E (i think)

Hey can anyone remember what vitamins or supplements you can’t take before procedures am sure one was vit e but not sure how long you have to stop taking it before op.

P. s is there any others you can’t take?

i was told to stop taking all of mine, i take C,E,iron and zinc and a multi vit and mineral and the nurse told me to stop them all 2 weeks b4 and after your opp xx

Thanks sideswipe i have my ba and uplift on 1st sept got my pre op with nurse on 13th aug so will prob stop now xxx

I was told to stop all my vitamins 2 weeks before op.xxx
