Vitamins?!

Does anyone know when you can start taking vitamins again after op? Was told to stop them before op but forgot to ask when I could start taking them again!! I’m 16 days po! X

I started mine after my 6 week check,check out your paperwork honey it should tell you in there.Other members have posted that they started taking them after a couple of weeks,or give the nurse a call,she will be able to advise you.xxx

aw tell me bout it, i felt dead them 2 weeks i didnt take no vitamins n minerals. just started back at doing my workout d.v.ds to feel loads better n healthier already xx

I know it doesn’t help when you cant exercise aswell cos I have more energy when I’ve had a good workout!! The things we go through for nice boobies! X

how come you can’t take vitamins? i haven’t heard this before
