Vitamins and food supliments

When did everyone start taking them again after their op? I’m 4 weeks PO is it safe for me to start them bk up?? Xx

Are not allowed to take vitamin C?? I’ve been taking that so I do t get a cold OOOOPS!! Lol xx

cant we take Vit C pre op?? i just bought a huge bottle of Vit C tablets for the run up to my op and iv been taking them religiously every day! lol dam

Its multivitamins they say to avoid cos the vit A acts as an anticoagulant (blood thinner!)
