Go for your normal back size if you are buying Macom or Royce,if you get the Tesco Asda or M&S,you could get a couple of bigger back sizes for comfort when you are swollen,and washing your Macom or Royce.The Macom adjusts in the cups to accommodate your new boobs.Depending on the implant size,ask your PC,what cup size she recommends for the other bra’s honey.lol you wont stink,and it will be worth it,xxx

Pinkykim, just so you know, there’s a reason why Macom is recommended… so I’d get a macom huni. Nurse said to me that while sports bras may be comfy and give support, they arent post operative bras and don’t do the same job as a macom. she said girls that generally aren’t 100% happy with the results of their BA usually have gone for the cheaper option and opted for sports bra’s instead of macom… I ordered mine and it came last week – soo comfy! Lol! xxx

Ooh, also, get some senna or similar as a side effect of the post op meds is constipation lol! xx

I’ve got the same feeling!! I’m soooooo excited! I’m having my BA 10th feb at Fritzroy Square! It feels like ages away! Wish I was having my BA tomorrow!!!
