Waiting on Doctors approval and only 6 days to go?

Hi girls,

Wondering if this has happened to anyone? I’m really not happy as I only had my pre op last thursday which I think was too late for a pre op even my nurse commented on this. Also they said I’ve got to wait for my doctors approval which they said they would fax over straight away and I’ve been to see my doctors and they said they still haven’t recieved anything!? I’m getting a little worried as I don’t want them to turn round the day before and say it can’t go ahead, has this happened to anyone and have you got any advice? Xx

Mine wanted to charge me to reply so told mya and they said am ok to go ahead without and my ba is fri xx

Mine Got postponed 3days before op because my doctor didn’t send the letter in time but if u hav had no past medical problems such as depression or any reactions etc u should b fine x

I have not been to my GP for like 10 tears, will this cause a problem do you think?? as I have my pre op just 13 days before my surgery date! Bit worried now :S xx

I was on meds for mild depression a few yrs ago, do you think that may affect it? It was at least 8yrs ago though

They say in the last 2yr chick but they may decide to.b picky u never no with mya but she told me 2yrs so u should b totaly fine hun xx

Girls you need to keep keep calling / visiting the GP surgery and calling MYA to get it sorted. My op was postponed too very last minute. Keep at them otherwise you may be disapointed! Good luck xx
