want a large implant but bit worried about sagging in the future………….

i really want the 525 cc cui but im pretty small at 5 ft and size 8 . im panicing that by having these in the future i may need an uplift. Has anyone had these and been told that they require an uplift in the future ??

I’m hopefully getting 525’s on the 18th! This was my concern too, I’ve just been told to basically look after them, always wear a good supporting bra and a sports bra at night etc… My last ones were 250 unders, I didn’t need to worry about sagging as they were so small and my muscle acted as a natural bra! I think on the whole sagging with any kind of breast is inevitable xxx

I have 525 and im over a year p.o no signs of Saggin yet,But im careful to keep them well supported xx

ive got 405 cc pips overs , there still pretty upright and im saving to get these replaced ive been offered 460 but im going to try push for the 525 i think if theres room . Just dont fancy paying for an uplift in the future. so much to think about this time 7 years ago it was just a case of going in being told what i was having and out again lol xx

It will also depend on age too and if youve had your children ect.. I had 485cc overs. I was told the heavier you go there more chance of sagging. \i will look after mine and hope they dont sag but the bigger the more of a chance.

Most surgeons consider implants that are 700cc’s and over as ‘large’ so I wouldn’t worry about 525’s sagging that quickly as they are a pretty average size that are used commonly…sagging is inevitable for all breasts but obviously it is at a quicker rate with implants and the bigger the implant the more it will sag. It’s best to keep them supported but as mentioned before 525’s aren’t very big or heavy so you should be fine. I have 800cc’s and I have to wear a support bra to bed to keep them supported and I’m very young…never had kids or anything x

I had mine done with MYA and my surgeon is Mr Chantarasak. I’m 36GG at the mo, pre op I was a 34B and I’m going to get 1500cc’s later this year. Still undecided on saline or silicone x
