Wanted overs, mr Singh only mentioned unders, how much size will I loose?

Sorry that I’ve not worded the title particularly well.

I always wanted overs, I wanted to go as big as possible without paying extra, I don’t mind if they look fake. Mr Singh only talked about unders when I had my consultation and at the time I didn’t question it as I just thought he knew best but now I’ve researched it, it seems you loose some size when you go under?!

Is this true? If do how much? Are they noticeably smaller? I’m having 525’s do I can’t have bigger implants to compensate without paying extra

I’ve asked my pc about whether I can choose to have overs so I’m waiting to hear back (it’s Sunday so she obviously won’t be working) xxx

they say you loose 10% with unders, i had 460 overs with dr singh so possibly your 525 unders would be the same as my 460 overs xx

I’m 5ft 2, 6 1/2 stone and a 32b/c but alot of what fill my bra is just skin from where my boobs went to a DD when I was breast feeding. Your pics look amazing I’d be really happy if mine were that big, what size were you before your BA? What’s your stats now hun? I bet you must be really pleased with them xxx

if you got alot of empty skin you sound like you would benefit more with overs, im 5ft9 8 stone 4 lb and a size 6 i was an empty 30A now i measure a 30F but they look a DD i think. im really happy with them, the shape is exactly what i wanted, your going from alot bigger than me so you’ll end up with alot bigger, your will prob end up like hush2’S as she went from a B/C cup with 525s and her boobs are mahooooosive lol xx

Thats wierd because when i seen dr singh for 525s he said he wud only do them as overs and never as unders! Didn giv me a choice x

Thanks for your comments girls, I’m hoping to hear back from my pc today and hopefully ge says I can have overs. Do I stand any chance if demanding overs even if he says unders? X

personally hun, i dont think he will say no, its easiar for him and easiar recovery for you, let me know what he says, i would love to know, dr singh even though he does unders tends to be more known for his overs xx

sometimes they suggest overs/unders depending on how much breast tissue u have i cud have wither im a 34b but i chose unders x

I’m 34b and mr singh told me unders are no good for me, has to be overs

Not had an email back from my pc yet so it’s probably her day off :o( really want to know If I can have overs as I really think I will be disappointed with the results of unders as I’m already wishing I could gave bigger implants :o( getting stressed about it don’t no what I’m going to do if they say no to overs x

keep onto them hun, sometimes they are a bit slow, your paying good money at the end of the day, so keep on thier back till you get an answer xx

Initially u lose a bit as ur muscle is tight. U aint having full unders, ur actually having partials hun. Most surgeons say unders/overs. Partials are under the first layer of muscle, which means u can feel the bottom of the implant. The muscle begins to get thinner and thinner as it can no longer be worked anymore.

Full unders are only ever used in reconstructive surgery and gender change surgery!! This op takes a lot longer than 45mins to complete and takes a lot more than six weeks to heal.

Ive just spoke with my PC and shes checked my notes and Mr Singh has said im having 525 overs! I’m soooo happy don’t know how I managed to get it into my head that it was unders but as long as they are overs i’m happy :o)

Going to check on the day of my op when he comes down to draw on me just to make sure that he is deffinately going OVER as I want the biggest boobies possible for the size implant i’m having as i KNOW i will get boobie greed as I already want to go bigger but I cant justify the extra cost an my other half want me to look half natural-ish and thinks that if i look too fake it may also no do me any good at work (half true). I just want big boobies though no such thing as too big in my eyes xxx
