Wanting a 2nd breast enlargement (bigger) has anyone done this? Good idea or not

Wanting to know if it’s hurts more? Did they look better, are you glad or wish you’d just kept them as they was. I had mine at 24 years old I was young and thin. They feel small to me now. Went from a B to a C. I only went 3/4 of a cup up in size although the surgeon advised I should have gone bigger. Wish I’d listened to him
