Wanting to go from A to C or maybe D?

I have uneven boobs like A and AA.. I know that they will probably still be uneven after my BA.. but I just really don’t know what size to go. I’m very small like size 6/8 and I don’t them to look huge, just natural. Then again I’ve read about girls on here wishing they had gone bigger when it’s too late so I really don’t know whether to go C or D. Also I’ve heard sometimes your boobs go a cup size bigger than what u have asked for.. so I don’t want to ask for a D and end up an E!!!.. Sorry to ask loads but what cc would these be too? i just booked 2 day, im a small 6, im a 32a small, and the surgen said i can only have 280 cc like a big c small d i think, said my skins very thin around my boobs, will have 2 wait 4 weeks now for my surgery, c what thy turn out like..

Im basically same stats as you im very narrow and was originally only offered 230 but i managed to barter a deal and get 260 its not a huge different but will add more volume my surgeon told me it will take me to what i want which is a full C so im hoping it will! my ba is on march 13th so 3 weeks today very excited now have u met a surgeon yet? they will reccomend what is best for your body but you can obviously say no you want bigger lol im only going up to 260 because he said 230 would be best for me so dont wanna push it too far an stretch my skin too much! can always go up a few sizes in a couple years if i need to xx

If there’s not much difference between your boobs then they will probably look the same once they are done, and you would have to look very closely to spot the difference as the implants will stretch everything out; most ladies have a slight difference in their breasts naturally so this isn’t uncommon. Your surgeon should have recommended a nipple lift too if the difference is very obvious to prevent your nipples from pointing in different directions or being uneven. In my view it’s better to have them a bit bigger rather than a bit smaller after spending all that cash. Also bear in mind that a re op starts at £4900 if you wanted to have one due to disappointment, so that is something worth thinking about. Obviously it’s up to you, but that’s just my personal opinion and based on all the research I’ve done over the past few years and what I’ve seen and heard on various forums. Another important factor is that fake boobies nearly always measure far more than they actually look because they are usually wider than natural boobs. Therefore, someone with implants may measure a D cup, but her breasts may only look like a full B or a small C. Initially, your breasts will measure one or two sizes bigger than you asked for because of the swelling and the implants will sit very high on your chest to begin with. I have found that this is one of the main causes of unsatisfied ladies with regard to BA’s.

With regard to cc’s, it’s impossible to say what amount equates to what cup size as everyone is different; no one can say, for example: ‘400cc’s will definitely make you an E cup’ it just doesn’t work that way…It is very unlikely that just because a certain cc size makes one girl a D cup that this will work for you too. Even 2 ladies with similar stats and the same size implants can end up looking completely different; it’s mainly to do with how the chest wall slopes, how perky or saggy your breasts are and how much tissue you have to begin with. If your unsure about size then have a chat with your surgeon who can give you a professional opinion and choose what’s best for you as an individual.

Doing ‘the rice test’ may also be of use to you as it can give you an idea of what you could look like with implants: http://www.justbreastimplants.com/size/rice_test.htm

Another thing to consider is that you will lose 20% of the implant once they are inside you, so keep that in mind when doing the rice test or trying on actual implants with your surgeon.

everything dolly says is bang on, and in regards to the people ending up an e instead of a d, is because implants project more then natural boobs, therefore the measure bigger and look smaller

i had asked to be a d, then changed it to looking a d, im in a dd sport bra now, and look a c (everyone on here and my fella say i deffo look a d), i was measured at an f a week ago, but never in my life will i ever look an f (unless i re-op, but i had a hard time with mine, so wont be doing it for a long time)

i had 380CUi’s MHP, they where the biggest on offer to me, and as i started an a, the MHP project more the MLP, so will give me a more rounded look, where as if someone started as a d, they would prob have MLP if they want the more natural look continued

with regards to the CC’s, they say roughly 150 is a whole cup size, obviously this is different for some girls, and either less or more could take them up a cup size xx

hey charlix i had my ba yesterday very similar stats to you,im 5ft3 size 6/8 just under 8 stone. i was a 32a/b askedfor a full d cup andwas offered 340’s,380’sor 410’s.after looking at literally hundreds of pics lol i finally decided on the 380’s as i personally didnt want to go too big! so far im happy with my results but im only 1 day post op so thay are gona change so much over the coming wks as they do with unders. implants do measure larger than normal boobs so im hoping with the 380’s i will look at least a full d and measure a dd/e cup fingers crossed!! xx

Wow you are all sooo helpful on here! Thankyou for all the information, especially Dolly! I think I’m going to aim for D now then because I don’t want to look fake but then again I definitely dont want to be disappointed and still feel like I have small boobies.. Well hopefully I am going to book my op over the next couple of weeks.. good luck to everyone! Recovery really isn’t as bad as everyone thinks charlix, I had one of my implants corrected yesterday and I haven’t needed any painkillers at all, just a bit achy now and then but I can dress/wash/get out of bed without any help. I’ve even been to the nail bar today to get my claws back on because I feel that great, don’t worry you’ll be fine xx

hiya, yes ive booked now its the 31st of march, i did the rice test put 280g of rice into tights they looked massive on me, but i loved how it looked, i no there not going to be as big as that, as the surgen said i have very little mussel around my boobs and the skin is quite then, bearing in mind i have had 3 children was a 32b before and when i was preg i was a 32 d so they have been big before but afta the baby they went small again, lol, so 4 weeks sat and i should have big boobs, im just hoping theyare what i want them to be like, i just want them to be big but every1 says they will look big on me as im so small, well who ever has them done b4 me add me and let mme see pic plz. thanks girls

haha charlix i am cheery but only because iv got new boobies i am actually in quite a lot of pain today!! yeaterday was brilliant but pain really kicked in once morphine wore off last night!! but im a right baby whwn it comes to pain anyway lol everyone deals with it differently. i posted my ba story earlier so check it out warning it is quite long haha. good luck with it all anyway hun hope you manage to decide on size i know how hard it is!!! xxx
