Was feeling fine now sore again! !

I’m day 6 post opp and yest had no pain at all ! Today is a total direct story n laid up in bed really sore think I mite of over dun it yesterday isit normal to be feeling like this again or is something wrong? ? Advice please xx

Hi Hun, I felt like this! Felt like I took 10 steps back. I’m 10 days post op now and I’m feeling much better! Just let your body rest! If you feel like you’ve overdone it you probably have lol. Xx

Yh I feel like I’m bak to square 1 feels like really bad pulled muscles at top of both boobs :/ gunna rest as much as I can now lol xxx
