wearing a 36dd when i was a 34c with 410 unders??

Just added few pics of me eventually in a bra !!but seen kazazzi yesterday for 6 week check up he said i’d be an e cup. im so confused, how has my back size gone up to 36 from 34 and my cup size only up to dd !! Needless to say i am quite please once wearing a push up bra, loving my puppies now haha.Anyone else been in my situation? xx
