    i heard from someone you have to wear a sports bra every night for the rest of the time you have implants, is this true?? i am not too bothered by it but my boyfriend is haha x

    No! We have to wear it 24/7 for 6 weeks, then after just a normal bra. However, if you feel they need support then you can wear it to bed ext! But it’s not a must x

    Hiii im almost 14 weeks post op and still wearing my macom through the night i couldnt imagine going braless throigh the night it just feels weird ?? guess everyones difrent thoigh xx

    There is an old wife’s tale that sleeping without a bra makes your boobs go saggy quicker (natural or implants)
    Seems illogical but I certainly will sleep with a bra on from now on just in case haha

    that’s what i was worried about, the sagging because obviously my boobs will be a lot bigger than they’re used to, i am just imagining waking up one morning with really saggy boobs!! haha xx

    I’m 10months post opp and I always wear my sports bra to bed i don’t want to end up needing an uplif cuz I didn’t look after them xx
