Wearing sports bra day and night!!!

Hi girls wondering if you could give me some info please, did your nurses tell you to wear sports bra day and night? Iv been reading threw sone have said not to wear one, some say just at night and mine didn’t say nothing to me at all but iv had one on since I come out!!! I’m taped up and have bra over dr k said just to make sure the bottom is loose but straps are tight for support but noone told me how long often etc to wear for!!! Sorry for going on xx

Hiya your surgeon should of told you what to do coz it’s different with every1. Mr Traynor told me I gota wear one for 6wks 24/7 I would ring your nurse coz it important for your healing! X

Mr Kazazzi told me it wasn’t necessary whilst tapes are on as they’re strong enough support on their own. Then, after that it was 6 weeks day and night x

I was told by my nurse that even though I will be taped i will still need to wear a bra 24/7 and after the tape comes off the same until 6 weeks

yep agree with em210 – Mr. K said after tapes are off wear a band size bigger and wear support/sports bra for 6 weeks day and night xxx
