week 1 diet.. bring on boobs.. advice please !!

so week 1 of dieting and i have lost 5lb : ) happy im on my way haha!! .. does anyone know if i could book surgery months in advance, although at the moment i have a long way to go before i feel ready to have breast enlargement, it would be a nice to have an incentive!! thanks girls xxx
