Week 1 on diet lost 8 inches and 7lbs. Can't wait for week two xx

Hi ladies started a diet to lose 2 dress sizes for my ba in December and after ONE yes just one week I’ve lost 8 inches and 7 lbs. I can’t believe it. And I’m not starving at all it’s amazing. Xxxx

Thanks hunn. It’s called the herbalife drop a dross size in four weeks diet. It cost £30 for shakes and snack bars and you get a meal plan. U eat 6 times a day and I love it xxx

Did you get it online? I have put on half a stone after my BA and going on hols soon so that sounds just what I need to have.
