Week to go!

Hi Girls, I am having my operation on Tuesday 10th April in London! I am excited but nervous at the same time! Anyone else getting theirs done that day? Also can someone let me know what it feels like when you wake up and if it is painful so I can try and calm my nerves! Thank you xx

When I woke I didn’t feel any pain. I’m not sure if all surgeons do this but mine used a local anaesthetic also. I was just confused as woke up in a different room and couldn’t lift my head but that all soon passed. It was a while after that i felt discomfort certainly not right after waking x

Im 8 weeks post op , when I woke up I wasn’t in pain at all I couldn’t feel anything I was in a daze and it wasn’t till the next day that I couldn’t move much , I managed to dress my self (zip up) tracksuit , you’ll be fine it’s not as bad as you think honestly I was so worried about waking up but I felt completely fine wasnt sick or anything I even fed my self at tea time xxx
