Hi Ashleigh, im losing weight too, its better to get to your target weight then get op! so iv been told, if you lose weight after they may change shape….xxx

if you can wait then i would encourage waiting, however if your like me and couldnt wait then go for it! i lost 4stone this year, i had my ba and uplift yesterday and im still planning on loosing abt another 2stone, but i will do this slowly so it doesnt change the shape too much. they will obviously change if you loose weig but how much they will change cant be predicted. speak t your surgeon they will advise u best. good luck xx

    Hey Ashleigh.

I’m thinking the same, I want to loose at least 2 stone but i don’t want to wait that long to get my boobs done, as im not very good with diets lol. but my boobs are in a bad way from having my Daughter 9 months ago & i hate them!! :(

So i would much prefer to get my boobs done than loose weight & be abit skinnier.

Hi When I saw my ps he said although I really did not need to lose much weight he suggested that if i intended to I should do so before the op ( I am having an uplift ) than after as its the fluctuation of weight that makes the boobs sag. Hope this helps Tracy x

Hi Tracy. Yeh it makes sense too try & loose the weight before having anything done! i’m just not very good with diets & it will probably take me a while to lose weight & i don’t really want to wait that long before i can get my boobs done lol!!

    Thanks.

Ashleigh how much weight are you trying to lose if you don’t mind me asking?
