    Hello ladies!

    Ive gain 5 and half pound since my BA 10 weeks ago….i need to loose this weight in a month and a half! before my 21st birthday :D ##

    I feel like a whale! Any handy tips or good things to help me loose the weight asap!

    I work 9-5 mon- Fri so when i get home i really cba goin to the gym plus i cant afford gym memberships!

    I eat fairly healthy 3 meals a day

    Breakfast- Weatabix

    Lunch- Sandwich and/or soup

    Tea- some form of meat with jacket potatoe and veg

    Ive cut out coffee ( iw as drinking 6 cups a day) cut down to one every two days

    I’m also drinking green tea!

    Any advise???

    Hi Bex! :)

    Having ur carb meals ealier in the day (breakfast & lunch) will help – things like wholegrain rice,sweet potato, wholewheat pasta, etc – make ur evening meal grilled chicken or grilled fresh fish & salad

    Also drinking hot water with a slice of lemon first thing on a morning helps massively. & make sure you drink a minimum of 3ltrs of water a day (otherwise the body won’t let go of the fat stores). I’d add a mid-morning snack of an apple, a banana, etc too

    I’m a personal trainer so not full of crap :)

    emilyjane coffee is only bad in large quantities, a few cups a day aint that bad as long as your not having loads of sugar and milk in it xx

    Amie88 talks sense, porridge would be a better option for breakfast as it does keep u fuller for longer as it’s a slow release carb. You need some nuts or seeds with it so that u are eating protein. Make sure you eat protein when you have carbs.

    That was best advice I had. I’m also juicIng now in the morning which I can honestly say has helped me xx

    Caffiene releases certain hormones that make us store fat – can’t cut everything out though :) just limit it x

    Nuts and seeds definately chellebelle! Loads of people look at the calories & are put off straight away! – she’s right, they’re good fats & we need them x

    I cut out carbs short term for my sisters wedding and lost about 8lbs in a couple of months

    Will it make you feel better if I told you I’ve put on 11 pounds since mine? ;( all I think about is chocolate krispies and roll desserts just now

    I follow weight watchers online thing. You can eat what you want the and just keep in the points it’s really good, all veg and fruit are free, they show you what foods are filling, and what I thought was being healthy is loads of points! Only cost tenner a month and it’s so easy to follow

    well i have put on a stone since my ba 7 weeks ago and i know its because i gave up smoking. but even though my belly is now the same size as my boobs sticking out im still glad i gave up and feel so much better :)

    Ive been drinking alot of green tea which makes me feel amazing plus ive cut sugary drinks completely out! hehehe
