Weight issues!

Hi ladies, just something thats been bugging me the last few days is my weight! Not what it is now but what it might be in the future. I have always been up and down with my weight. I average a large size 12 but I’ve recently managed to get down from a big 14 to a small 12, sometimes even a 10. Will hopefully be a 10 by the time I have my BA in June fingers crossed and I am determined to stay that way. That said I am not naive enough to think I will be able to maintain it forever. For a start this bloody implant in my arm is playing havoc with my eating habits! lol. Just if i do end up putting on weight again, or even losing it, is it gonna have a massive affect on how my boobies look?? x x

Mr Traynor told me the other day that BA + weight loss arnt good friends as it does something to the breast tissue x

hey hun i no this feeling i put weight on so easily and lost a stone n half before my op which made me feel soo much better about myself! im now a size 10. on my first consultation with my surgeon he told me to get down to the ideal weight i wanted as if u loose abit of weight after u can c the implant line more obvious and can cause rippling, and if u put weight on (usually put it on easily on ur boobs) they wil just go bigger. between a dress size i doubt it wil have a big difference, so dont worry hun. i think once uv lost the weight tho and get ur new boobies u work extra hard to keep ur size and figure cz ur boobs make u feel that much better about urself u really watch ur diet etc. thats my personal opinion anyway xx

Its rubbish isn’t it! Im about 10lbs off my ideal weight now so i maybe if i can stick within 4lbs either side after my op then i will hopefully be ok. I feel alot better now and sfter looking at my fat pics the other day i never wanna put it all back on again. My boobies can be my new motivation! Which surgeon did you have hun and what size, type etc? Sorry im so nosy and boobie obsessed! haha x x

yeaa u definitely will! they wil make u so much more determined to stick to it. i think half a stone each way u wil be fine. i had 345 natrelle inspira responsives, had them implants cz i wanted natural look as poss, n had gary traynor 5months ago. haa its ok, nt nosy at all! thats wot the forums all about feel free to add me n see my pics xx

Brill thanks chick. I’m having Mr Traynor too, will hopfully be able to book soon, maybe have the op in the next 3-4 months, I cant wait! What are you stats from before and after if you don’t mind me asking? And what profiles did you have? Im going to go for the Inspira stoft touch, probably 380 and 410cc low profiles to sort out my assymetry and leave me a 34DD/E from a 34b My friend had the soft touch ones and low profile and they look amazing, i have such boob envy!! haha x x

Hey babe.. I’m booked in for May 3rd and I’m still 17lbs off my ideal weight lol oops! Trying to diet drastically right up until op then hopefully new boobs will give me the motivation to keep it off. xx

Keep at it hun, im sure you will get there and the bobbies will give you great motivation! I wish I was one of those girls who never has to do any exercise and eat whatever i want and still be thin. My friend is like that, its sickening!! haha x x

Hi Hun, I had my first consultation in 2009 and was only 9 stone then… I was offered 300 or 340 but told I couldn’t lose weight if I had the 340s otherwise they’d look fake and rippling might be more apparent…

I hadn’t BA last week (took me two years to get round to!) and since my first consult I’ve gained a stone… So I chose the smaller size because I know that once I’m able to hit the gym again I need to get this stone off! I have absolutely no regrets now as before my op I was so scared that they would be too small but they look just right…

hi girls im in for my big op on the 27th and i go to gym 4x a wk and still cant lose the weight. i wonted to be bk to 8 1/2 st but im still 9st i really eat healthy and workhard in gym. but my weight been really getting me down. as i wont to be bk to the weight i feel happy at. but im still no way near, i seem to be gaining then losing. sooooo down

hI THERE, i was a size 10 when i had my uplift and implants a year and half ago, i had 340cc overs and measured 34dd-e cup. About 5 month after my op i went on that stupid Depo Injection, and gained last year nearly 10lbs. I now weigh 10 stone 12 and im 5 foot 6 and size 12 exact.

Well my boobs seem huge!!! i now wear a 32ff, but i am quite happier with them being bigger, their ace he he!!, i just hope that when the weight comes off they wont change too much. So yes, if you gain weight your boobs do get bigger, i tried an old dd bra on and my boobs spilled over it, its complete madness, but they do look good.

Shells thats great, glad you are happy with them, its such a big decision and so much pressure there that they are exactly how you want them.

Downeygirl I had this problem after a while of the gym and its frustrating but chances are you are building up muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat cos it has more blood vessels in it. Its rubbish getting on the scales i know, but try putting on some jeans that used to be tight and you will see the difference. I did that the other day and was amazed at how much looser they were and how my body shape had changed despite the scales not saying so. So keep at it!

Janeyh i know how you feel with that one!! I have just gone on the implant and all i wanna do is eat. Its a good job im hammering the gym cos god knows what size i would be otherwise!

Sounds like so long as you dont lose a dramatic amount of weight after a BA then fingers crossed it should be ok! Just need to get to my target weight for June now! Thanks ladies x x

Hey hun.. I lost weight b4 my op. And it affected my implant size. Wen I say the legend mr t 6 weeks b4 my op. We decided 525 in both boobs he measured. And tha was it.

From seein him then to seein him wed just gone. I’d dropped 10 more lbs. Which affected my boobs.

I had 525s in 1 and 485 in the other.. I ws really upset about havin diff sizes. N he sed its bcz I had lost weight. It had gone of my boobs.

They are fine thou. Not worried about then being diff..

Thanks tinkerbell, i think i was about half a stone heavier when i had my consultation that i am now and want to lose another half a stone before my op. I was offered a size bigger than what i actually want though so hopefully should still be able to get the 380 and 410cc. Im already assymetrical so different sizes will be going in anyway lol. I have Mr Traynor too, he seems really good, can’t wait! x x

I’m really worried about this cos my wright fluctuates anyway but at the min I’m losing my baby weight so by the time I get my boobs done which won’t be for a while now due to money I’ve got a feelin I won’t be allowed 410 cos i should be a stone lighter than my initial consult but at the same time I know after another child the weight will go back on if it’s not on anyway X

hi girlsand amyk84 . thanks but ive tryed on my skinny jeans etc and cant get in them im being serious its horrible. ive less then 3wks to go till op and my husband say he cant understand im doing hraps of cardio and he cant understand why ive not lost the weigh. im not fat, bhut just not happy with the size iam

Staceylash i might be wrong about this but if your boobs have been bigger before, like when you had your baby then maybe you will have enough tissue to get the implants you want cos they have already been bigger, if that makes any sense?? I may be wrong but why not go and have another consultation to find out. They are free afterall and its what they are there for. We are paying enough money so you want to know you are getting exactly what you want and what the options are.

Downeygirl thats rubbish. Coming from someone who has spent most of my life watching my weight and dieting, sometimes your body just hits a plateau and wont go any further. My body does it every now and again, especially if im working it really hard as it goes into starvation mode (im sure you arent starving yourself) But basically if you are burning too may calories compared to what you are eating your body will think flippin heck i better preserve some of my fat to protect myself so you don’t lose any weight. Try eating a bit more for a week or two to kick start yourself again, works for me sometimes x x

Yeah Hun he said I have enough breast tissue but I was 9st7 wen I had my consult a month ago n I’m 9 now so I’m planning on being at least 8st7 in the near future so I’m thinkin they might be too big and I don’t want any rippling X

Yeah true, if you are a stone lighter they might look too big for your frame and you might want smaller ones anyway. Oh the decisions, its mind boggling!! Have you got yours booked yet chick? x
