So I haven’t lose as much weight as I hoped before my surgery. I was told that weight loss can make your new boobs look odd?

I was hoping to lose a stone (gradually – don’t do crash diets) so do you think they would still be ok after losing weight. I’m so paranoid that my new boobs are going to make me look fatter then I am. For Example – Holly from Geordie Shore has enhanced FF boobs but I think so just looks like a larger lady. I hope someone gets what I mean! Anyone ever lost weight after surgery? Notice a change or rippling? Xx

I would maybe talk to your PC or surgeon about it luv…I suppose if you did it gradually say aim for 1lb a week and it came of very slowing and you use plenty firming creams etc your skin would be ok but obv dont know bout the implant. The reason i got my boobs done was because i lost 1 stone and 8lb of baby weight from Jan to May and mine went from a d cup when i was preggers to an a cup and looked like used soggy teabags!eurgh! just had my ba yesterday tho so well chuffed!

I’v put on about a stone since my op and finally joined the gym a week ago – i’m trying to do it properly and have changed my diet and stopped drinking cider lol! I’v managed to lose 2lb this week but i’m also worried my boobs will be affected with weight loss…just gonna take it week by week – i’m going away later in the year so really want to get in shape and have a decent body to match my boobs xx

I am dreading putting on any weight after i have worked so hard to get back to pre preg size. I emptied the cupboards of all goodies when i got home from hosp last night so i can’t be tempted to pig out while i’m stuck in x

I think after all the diets I have tried the only effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to reduce your calorie intake and do exercise. After New Year I cut my cal intake to 1200 per day and started walking/jogging 3 times a week and lost 1-2lbs per week. Got 1st and 8lb off my the end of May so because I done it slowly i know i will keep if off x Mega top would be to write down ll the calories you eat cos i didnt think i ate that badly but when i wrote stuff down i was like whoaa!

Ah how nice of her, luckily my mam and mother in law only live 5 mins away so got plenty of help while hubby is at work. My daughter just turned 2 at the end of April and fiercely independent so she isn’t too much hard work to look after to be honest. Although she is very affectionate so have to keep askin her to be gentle when she climbs up for a hug so she keeps kissing my better bless her!
