Very true Tina very true! Also eat less carbs, I cut out pretty much all carbs for a week as well as getting up early and lost 5lbs and I have kept it off. Look up Power 90 (P90) for a wikid diet, also Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred is awesome…20 mins 6 days a week. I have seen such a change in my body in 11 days, plus the strength has really helped after my op as my core and arms are stronger. Really really missing working out now :( Good luck chic. xxx

    I have a few

    * drink green tea it has weight loss benefits as well as many others

    * drink 2 litres of water a day, especially drink a glass before a meal tgis fills u up and makes you eat less.

    * cut out pop and fruit juice you will be suprised how many empty calries.are.in these

    * eat eggs for breakfast eggs have been know to keep hunger at bay for longer, thus stopping u snacking

    * eat off smaller plates. Sounds simple but this has also been knowing for aiding weight loss as u eat smaller.portions

    * do at least 30min of cardio 4 times a week, this can be anytging from brisk walking, to cycling or jogging etc

    * tone up, muscles burns more calories than fat, 1lb of muscle gain can burn up to 50 more calries than fat

    * drink 100 % wey protein shakes as a meal replacment, they contain between 100-200 calories per serving depending if u drink with milk or water

    * snack on fruit and rice cakes instead of high calorie sugery snacks

*change all white varieties or bread and pasta for whole wheat versions

Hope some of this helps xx

If they are used as meal replacments I would say have them instead of an evening meal, just have the one. Eat a filling breakfast of either eggs or whole weat cereal, a small lunch then a protein shake for tea xx

i started bk at the gym 3.5 weeks post opp, i did light cardio and light weight and gradually built it up, i felt ok doing a little bit of running and cycling, but press up or sit ups were a big no no till i was 2 months po, just listen to your body hun, it will tell you if your doing to much so just go at a gentle pace xx

this is stupid but it works for me lol…see the spanx pants u get that go up past ur tum n suck u in..wear them and u cant eat as much, imagine being in a tight dress and trying to eat a plate of spag bol lol you wudnt manage as much as u wud in loose clothes, so if u struggle to make ur portion sizes smaller this will help lol xx

I cut out all carbs for a month to get into my bridesmaids dresses for 2 weddings last summer, and although I wasn’t counting calories I cut down on biccies and sweets as well though didn’t stop eating them altogether and lost half a stone in time (unfortunately put a stone on after but that’s a different story)
