Hi girls!
Im having an uplift and implants beginning of Feb, I know its a while away but ive got about 1.5 stone to lose, and I want to have lost it and be all toned up by the surgery so i dont miss not exercising afterwards because pretty much as soon as I’m allowed to go back into workouts ill be off on holiday in a bikini!!
Unfortunately im an all or nothing girl so ‘eat healthily and exercise’ wont do for me, im better if i really feel like im on a strict diet! Also, only time i have to exercise is either with the baby during the day, or at night once shes in bed, in the house.
How have you lost weight and toned up??

I’ve jus joined slimming world, it’s great. Unlimited meat veg fruit pasta n potatos! Been doin it 2 weeks n lost 7lb. Give it a go it’s so easy!!

i do the british heart foundation diet if i wanna lose weight fast, its a 3 day diet i lost 5lb last time i done it but it says its possible to lose upto 10lb.
you have to stick to it to the tee so its hard if you dont like whats on the menu but it works i done it in april last and have kept the weight off.
as for toning the power plates are good if you havent got alot of time. x
hey nietta i have my ba first week in feb and i’m in the same boat i want to loose atleast 1 stone, but i’ve just joined a gym and got a personal trainer and he’s doing me a strict diet and hes a tough little cookie with me at the gym ha theres loads of diets hun and there is a group on mya on how to loose weight, pop on groups and click join group and scroll down and read all the types theres loads hun …. you’ll have to keep me informed with your ops

yeah of course,, start from tomorrow though cos thats when i have my first appointment my my pt ,, so what are you going to do? you should get the zumba work out dvd and sticks,, do that every night. I know that carbs are the biggest thing that cause fat so stop eating bread, pasta, crisps if you aren’t working out cos it turns straight to fat and stays on your body and is a killer to budge darl xxx

Ive ordered this GREAT new thing called a Graze box. Take a look at itm I think im going to diet with this and then do my workout dvd every night. I have the hannah waterman one and one of the 10minute solutions toning ones.

i’m a proper picky eater hun thats why i had to opped for the gym and personal trainer but ive just added you as a friend hun so if you want we will email every monday and inform eachother and how our diets and work outs are going, what do you weigh so far if you dont mind me asking and whats your height? xx
