Hey, I had my op on feb 27th and had my post op with my surgeon and everything is fine. He gave me the ok to go back to the gym but I just wanted to get a bit of advice. At the gym I don’t tend to do cardio, so running n the girls bouncing isn’t my concern, lol. I mainly do weights…dead lifts, Olympic lifting, TRX etc…anyone gone back to this sort of gym programme after their BA? All my incisions are closed, but can I do myself/the girls any damage? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Xx
