Hey, I had my op on feb 27th and had my post op with my surgeon and everything is fine. He gave me the ok to go back to the gym but I just wanted to get a bit of advice. At the gym I don’t tend to do cardio, so running n the girls bouncing isn’t my concern, lol. I mainly do weights…dead lifts, Olympic lifting, TRX etc…anyone gone back to this sort of gym programme after their BA? All my incisions are closed, but can I do myself/the girls any damage? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Xx

I was doing approx 60 on dead lifts n squats, prob half that for Olympic lifts….was worried about doing planks, press ups etc as well…just don’t know whether its possible to do myself damage or not. How have you found getting back to the gym? xx
I was on 100ks squats, 60kg+ dead lift and its really frustrating me not doing it, just because I’m worried I will ache. I’m not worried about my boobs at all, just giving my self two weeks to get back to where I was, I think listen to your body as I feel fine, I’m going to take it easy on my chest, but back and legs hit it as hard as I used too cx
Ah ok, that makes me feel better…so excited to get back it. I had made so much progress…reason I had BA was because I lost 6 stone…although I don’t think I’ve put a lot back on, I reckon I’ve lost a lot of muscle n feel more jiggly, lol, so going to hit it hard from tomorrow 🙂 I had 800cc sounds a lot but I was a 38FF before my weight loss, went down to a D and now a 32GG. you? x
I plan to do squat around the house after my ba witch is 2mz,i feel bad if I don’t do anything, lot of streaches,just working on the leg and as much with out shakking the bad boys 😀 x
