Weight V’s Surgery Breast Reduction

Hi all,

I’m thinking of getting a breast reduction and liposuction however I’ve recently gained a fair bit of weight after having my son and not sure if there are rules when it comes to cosmetic surgery? Any advice? Many thanks L x
