Any of you ladies doing WW?

If so, can you give any info on any tips/stories/how much weight you’ve lost?

    Thanks x

I have lost 3 stone on WW a while ago. However since they changed to Propoints I could not get used to it since my mind is set to the old style.

But the whole theory behind it is worth following. It is a nice way to lose weight since you have a lot of flexibility. How much do you want to lose?

I could do with losing 3-4 tbh hun. This is the first time I’ve tried it so I’ve no idea about the old style. Have you managed to keep it off?

Kind of… I love my food so I am a YO YO dieter. The good thing is that after loosing the 3 stone on it, whenever I let myself go, I am able to pick up myself and go back.

I think ww is great because you have all the product options widely available at the supermarkets even treats!

I found very helpful to go for the weekly weight ins and actually stay for the meetings.

You will notice that as time goes by and you get used to the system, you learn what it is ok for you to eat and you end up just re-educating yourself.

In the beginning it might be a bit hard to get used to it… but dont give up! :D It is worth it!

Hiya! I have done every diet going over the last two years. I have gone from 15 stone to 10.13, I was a size 18, now I wear a 10. I had two kids which was how I put on all that weight. I’m trying to drop about another 10 lbs atm for my ba and uplift booked for 18 July. So i am on a low carb strip down, my trainer at the gym suggested this. Some of the diets I have done were nonsense but work, like beyonces maple syrup diet, which is basically a fast. I also train a lot in the gym and at home. Weightloss is a real hobby of mine now lol add me if u want a weightloss buddy I am really motivated with this….if you have an iPod or iPhone download “my fitness pal” app, that is AMAZING and u can use it to track calories alongside whatever diet you do, it has graphs and stuff to track weightloss and works out nutritional info that u would never know otherwise. How much do u wanna lose? Xxx

It’s ok as long as you are determined to lose the weight, I lost half a stone and since my op have now put a stone back on, starting the points again tomorrow, I have the old and new points system so I’ll prob try and go back to the old system, once you’ve got started its easy enough, I need to lose 2 stone. Good luck!

My friend lost 4 stone recently doing one of these high protein diets, but she paid for everything through a company and went to the gym a lot. I have no willpower and am now the heaviest I’ve ever been, I work gifts which makes it harder to eat properly and go to the gym, am going to get back on the points and try and get exercise in at home, I have the Zumba on wii fit and that’s harder than the classes I used to go to, really hope it works this time!!!
