Weird 'clicking' sensation in left breast??

Experiencing really weird sensations in my left breast only if I move my arm in any position other than straight down. It’s like a weird clicking/swooshing sensation and it actually makes me feel quite queezy.
Please tell me this is normal as I’m aching in that boob this evening and it’s making me paranoid something is wrong

I had like a bubbling sensation after the 1st few days and sometime when I touch top of my breast feel like I touch bubbles. X
