Weird feeling in right boob

Hey ladies, get this really weird feeling if I push my implant from outside edge inwards no idea how to describe it put its rotten and it doesnt happen with left one anybody else have this and know why? Also wondering how long it can take to drop im nearly 6 weeks and still dont have a crease and look cone shaped from the side xx
