weird sensations???

i am one week post op and feeling the weirdest tight feeling all across the top of my boobs.i had pain on day 2 up to day 4 and then everything felt great,then last night i had a feeling like that my skin was really sensitive.even my hair rubbing off it was almost painful.also very itchy and cant scratch cos it hurts.i dont really know how to explain but they just feel strange today,dont know if its the weight of them pulling or what.anybody else have this?if anybody else has had the same sensation id love to hear as it will put me at ease a bit. xxx

my skin feels really tight across the top and when i sit up it feels like air or fluid gargling around in there
its awful haha, i hope it gets better soon!
i am SOOOO itchy its unreall, ive had my mam sat scratching my back before i got into bed and just below my incisions is itchy too but im trying not to scratch that
these bandages arent helping

oh thank god somebody else has it.ive had that gargrly thing aswell,so so weird.i think its trapped air or something from what ive seen people saying on here..well at least i know im not the only one with that,was worrying a bit.my back was really itchy the other day but its all better now.we will prob have more weird feelings as the days go on ha

HI I’m 2 weeks post op and I’ve had similar feelings. The tighness does get better,i know its a wierd feeling. I’ve also had the trapped air/water, the water eveentually gets absorbed into your skin (mine felt like bubble wrap ner mine arm pit for 2 days, It suddenly went (heavens knows where ha ha). Icurrently got sore ribs which i didn’t realise until i had to turn around or stretch to get something out of the cupboard. I do believe some of the senstions we get are the nerves re attaching again. It does improve daily slowly but surely

try putting quite a hot damp flannel on your boobs the hotter you can handle the better ,its lovely,helps with the tightest and aching,x

im not aloud to get em wet til ive got my bandages off on thursday but after tahat i will try kaz!!!

hi becky, i didnt have bandages i just had strips just covering the stitches,but when i use to breast feed and my boobs went really hard and ache ,as soon as you put the flannel on it was lovely, so thats were i got the idea from,and it worked,so when i had my first shower ,ohhhh it was so nice,felt abit weird at first but nice,i think ive been lucky, i didnt find it painful at all (ba) just abit of discomfort,and now my boobs just fell abit heavy and a little tight at the end of the day which does happens,i phone the nurse which she said was normal,x

yeah i know what you mean love. oh i cant WAIT to have a showerrr! it’s gonna be amazinnng
i keep holding onto them everywhere i go atm, just incase they fall off or somethinggg!! YOU NEVER KNOW
it’s just mainly my back i’m having trouble with, going to try and go for a little walk tomorrow or something

im experiencing the squelching noise when i lean forward weird feeling

Hi guys
just read through your comments and you have put my mind at rest a little. I had my BA last Wed with Mr Adamo and all was well but my boobs feel really swollen I had 340 and am hoping to go from A to C. I am getting the bubble rap sesation. I am also getting a reallly nasty shooting pain in one boob. My skin is looking quite waxy. Do hope it goes down soon. The nurse forgot to give me any information about aftercare. I must say I have been feeling very sorry for myself. Every day I wake up thinking, lets hope they have gone down a little today. I’m sure they have but still very uncomfortable. Any advice welcomed. jane x
