weird shape???!!

Hi everyone, had my BA yesterday by Gary traynor which all went OK. Will put my story on here in a couple of days when it gets easier to type lol
However I’m a bit worried about the shape of them… They look like volcano’s/torpedos not a round shape like I was hoping…Also my left one is bigger than my right which the nurse says is normal but arrgghh…
Did anyone else have torpedo boobs and if so have they gone into a nice shape now and how long did it take???

do not worry at all!!! that is cos of the swelling!! in the end you have been cut open and had a lump of silicone squeezed into you !! (soz how i described that!! ha ha!) my boobs were really flat at first and solid with a massive flat part in between my boobs, very strange looking! after a few weeks the shape will change!! you need to take some pics and then some more again a month or so, and you will see a massive difference!!

it is completely normal! they will soften and shape into a more rounded shape, and start to move! XX

I had my ba done by Mr Traynor hun and he his fantastic!! Mine looked like volcanos at first, but look great now. I had a bit more swelling on my right boob than I did on my left, but it soon settles down, so don’t worry!!
Have a look at my pics on sofem hun and you will see how much they change shape in such a short space ot time. My username on sofem is lizzie34d and my password is ba2010 search me under photo albums. I will have to update my pics cos I’m 7 weeks post op today. Did you have unders hun? xx

hey leanne i have been wondering how you got on? how are you? i only ended up going down to theatre at half 4 instead of 12 i got told so only got home after 11pm! i know exactly what you mean mine look very pointy with a big gap in the middle and i’m wishin already i’d gonebigger. just hoping when they relax and fluff they will push together a bit and get bit bigger. i seem to be in quite a lot of pain and could hardly move this morning when i woke up. is it the same with you??

Lizzie when it comes to remembering whether I had unders or overs I think i’m dyslexic as I can never remember! I have to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks and with one of them you dont…. lol…

Hi Laura! I went down at 2 was sooo hungry so I bet you were starving!!! I got home at 9.45.. Felt really good yesterday after op but today I’ve woke up feeling stiff and tight.. No pain though. I’ve still been taking my painkillers every 4 hours though.
I know what you mean about wishing to go bigger as well… So do I! I bought a 36DD sports bra and expected to fill it, well to be honest I was secretly hoping for it to be a bit on the small side ha ha ha.. I think because our boobs are so hard and pointy they dont fill the bras right well thats what I’m hoping anyway!
What size did you have?? xx

you must have had overs as mine are unders and i’ve got told no bra for 6 weeks. yeah i wasnt too bad last night just bit out of it with the GA but this morning and today has been pretty bad really, everytime i move it hurts and my incision seems really tight and sore. keep thinking is it coz i’m pushing myself too much making drinks etc or should i be moving more and not just sat down all the time, i wore a 34a before and had 300/340mhp unders. i just dont want to get greedy and think i wish i’d gone bigger in few months, but then you;ve gotta think they are so much better than before so i cant complain!

mine are unders and ive been told by surgeon and nurse to keep my bra on for 6 weeks! so are you not wearing a bra hun? xx

nope my surgeon always says he doent like bras for the first 6 weeks to allow them to drop, who was your surgeon?

Dr C, not sure how long Im meant to wear it for but Im sure its 6wks at least and so is my friend who had 300cc unders (has gone from 32a to 32d/dd) and my other mate who has 380 unders wore hers for 3 months!! hm?? think it just depends on who your surgeon is maybe xx

yeah must be. i think i’d rather wear onr and prob will end up doing as they are quite painful and maybe this is coz they need support? wow i hope i end up a d/dd

yeah i have to say the only times ive taken my sports bra off they have hurt!! what size implant did u get hun? xx

I think unders are supposed to hurt more afterwards so I wouldnt worry too much about your pain seeming bad… Remember no pain no gain!!! lol… I have definitely over done it today. My 2 year old doesn’t seem to understand that I cant pick her up etc..
