wen do i start to use bio oil??/

11 days post op girls wen do i use the oil? x

i started around 4 weeks!! as was too sore to touch! but then again i did have uplift aswell, so got scars left right n centre!! bio oil is fab X

hmmmm i was advised at least 6 weeks, as you have to wait for you scars to heal properly. I didn’t actually start using it on my scars till 8 weeks, just to be on the safe side. I wanted to wait untill my 7 week check up to get the okay from Mr Adamo x

Did any1 use bio oil b4 the op?
