What am i suppose to be doing now??

Hi went for my 1 week post op check yesterday and totally forgot to ask most of the things i should have. Although i shouldn’t really need to ask they should just tell me..i thought!

So am i suppose to start massaging them now, even though i had the textured implants as i’ve heard that your not meant to? Is there a certain way of doing it?

Also sleeping upright…can i stop doing that yet? Most of the time i wake up and i’m laying flat anyway cos i’ve slipped down lol!

Anything else i am suppose to be doing that you can think of would be great too, cause i don’t have a clue really lol!!

Hi Fiona, you went prepared, didn’t you?! 😆 You should know by know with MYA you have to chase, ringm reminde, ask and then confirm. They don’t tell you anything here at all! They are lucky to have great surgeons working for them otherwise we’d be all going other hospitals. 😆

Lol!! Thats so true….i didn’t think i’d need to be prepared like that for the nurse though, thought she would know what to tell me. Ha, obviously not. 🙄 Yeh if it wasn’t for Mr Adamo being so amazing, there have been times i’ve been a little worried from what i’ve read on here. I think maybe they’re all a bit new and don’t know how to cope with being so busy. Dangers of success…you’ve got to keep up!!! xx

But do we complain? Has anyone actually written a letter to HQ? Unless they don’t know, they can’t improve!!!

Good for you two!! They do need to get themselves sorted. They do read the comments on here though that probably help them improve.

I agree salamander…they dont tell you anything…its like they cant be bothered…they chase you and call you before they get your money then its like the forget you completely…i said to them before i had my op…if it wasnt for dr adamo i would have said bye bye and gone with someone else

they are very lucky to have good surgeons, otherwise they would be in big trouble

Well, since i wrote my comment re their service I have had an email from MYA PRs asking to let them know my concerns. I will reply to them tomorrow.SO yes, they do read our comments, but nothing has improved! 😡

Fiona, had mine done with Mr Adamo on Wednesday, all good pain free
