what are premier implants??

what’s the difference between these and normal ones :S .x

i dnt know hun i spoke to my pa today and she said i got premier implants witch r the really good quailty and more expencive ..has anyone else got them x

they are the lifetime guarantee implants hun.

they are guarantee for life, but u still have to pay surgeon, hospital and drug fees hun when it comes to re-op xx

I have the soft touch natrelle range which are the most expensive as they can never leak- they are firmer though [not as squidgy] next down is responsives which are more ‘natural’ i.e squidgierrrrrr

soft touch = cohesive gel so you can cut them in half and they don’t leak- keep their form.

responsives are liquid as are cui stndards.

responsives are squidgier than cui’s

I was told all 3 r the same as in cohesive gel… If u were to cut them they like a jelly baby it won’t come out??? Is this not right?? Xx

i must be havin the soft touch too hun …coz dr singh said there like a turkish delight lol if u cut them thy wil just cut in half they cant leak atall …do u know if theres any other implants that does this or is it just them ones ?

just the soft touch is like a cohesive gel hence why they are a little bit more money as they are supposed to be the ‘safest’ there is always a chance even though slim an implant can rupture and silicone binds with the tissue making it difficult to remove. hence why back in the old days when silicone had come out, those awful pictures of implants leaking went around the net.

although most implants are now are pretty much guaranteed of not rupturing if you want peace of mind go soft touch – which it sounds like you have!
