Responsives are in the Naturelle range. If your PC didn’t mention the Naturelle range then you are probably having the CUI’s which are the standard implants offered. The responsives are £308 extra but have a lifetime guarantee against rupturing as opposed to the CUI’s 10 year guarantee. I think with the responsives there is a less chance of ruptures etc. The percentage of less chance though is very minimal and my PC advised there was hardly a difference. I did upgrade though just for the peace of mind of the lifetime guarantee x

Is there any difference in the shape and feel than the cui’s?

Natrelle implants both responsives and soft touch have an extra texture layer compared to CUI this helps prevent capsular contracture x
