Make sure you have plenty of pillows, support your lower back, this aches the most and your bottom,a V pillow is a good idea to support your neck, and a pillow under the knees helps too,xxx

with difficulty, even with the mound of pillows and my ‘have to be surgically removed’ v pillow, wasnt so bad first two nights, then the back kicked in, I tend to sleep one or two hours at most, go downstairs have another hour on the sofa, wake up fidgety again go up and wake to ol’ feller whilst I rearrange my nest! this cycle couple of times a night, but am then tired in the day. I usually sleep flat on my tummy without a pillow though so maybe that is why I am finding it tricky and to be honest I was expecting it, the other night I was so frustrated that i turned kneeling over with my bum in the air and my face on the pillows just to ease my back and actually fell asleep for 10 mins lol! however last night 6 days po I was better managed to stay in the bed all night, just slept sitting up and when very uncomfortable, slid down till i was laying flat on my back, then sat up again after an hour. i would still do it again though. good luck with yours hun, it will be worth it i assure you. x x x x
