any form of exercise for 6-8wks they say hun, altho some people slowly build their way back into it after 2-3wks, depends on your body and how well u heal. also no alcohol for first wk or 2 wen on antibiotics. no shower until u have ur stitches looked at and removed, usually at ur 1wk check up. just take ur time with everything and ur body will tell u wen u r fit enough to do certain things xx
