what bras are suitable to wear after op from TESCO

Hi what do u call the bras that evry1 wears from tesco and asda also do i need 2 buy a macom aswell?thanks

i didn’t buy a macom i just bought 2 high impact sports bras from tesco as they are only £6 each whereas macoms are a lot more expensive and they do the same job another good one is the zip up one from m&s x

i went up on the back size for straight after as my actual size was just far too uncomfortable and i discussed with my PC what cup size i would end up roughly and bought that size and the one up just incase – turns out i was the one up!! i would suggest buying a couple and just taking the one that doesn’t fit back xx

Megsx87 you had 525 didn’t you? That’s what I’m having with uplift from empty 34b/c if I got 36e do you think that would fit? Sorry for questions just really confused lol xx

I GOT MINE FROM IN STORE THERES TWO DIFFERENT TPES THEY HAD LOADS X

they fasten at back but i use to fastem it at front n then jus swivel it round it was easy n not painful at all for me to do xx
