I had my op on the 7th of december with 410cc, which I was hoping would take me from a 36A to a 36D. I keep looking and looking at them also a million of my friends have looked and I dont look bigger than a B cup and in clothes I look no different than before. I’m gutted to say the least, I have taken 6 weeks off work to recover, given up riding my horses for a while and spent £4250 for my operation which I paid in full a month before my op as it is something I have wanted for so long. To only go up a cup size is depressing me, I said I wanted the natural look and they do look natural but no where near the size I was hoping. I fell embarrassed to go back to work now as I look no different. Is there anything I can do about this?
Hey honey
Do you have any pictures of your boobies so I can have a peak? Do they only really look 1 cup size bigger?
I had 410cc last week and I am def bigger than just one cup size. Take a little look at mine if you like (in my album) and see what you think.
Who was your surgeon babe?
Although you said you wanted the natural look; did you also mention what size you would ‘like’ to be? I did and it was documented so at least I could question it if i didnt feel I got what I wanted/paid for!

Aw sorry to hear that..have you been measured? You should speak to your patient co-ordinator about it and maybe they can bring you back for a re op? x
This has happened to a couple of others on here who actually got bigger, they can take upto a year to settle, give them time x
i’m really sorry to hear that hunni! i’m suprised that 410 has only taken you up by one cup size. what kind of implants did you go for? they say the bigger your back size the smaller the difference in cup size.so say if you were a 32a a 410 implant would have probably taken you to a 32D. i think your surgeon should have recommended a bigger implant. maybe 525cc. at the end of the day you told them you wanted a 3 cup size change and 1 is no where near so i would speak to them and look at maybe getting a revision if your really unhappy, free of charge ofcourse.keep us posted and good luck xx
Tried to have a look in your album hun, but it says you havent uploaded any pictures. Gonna figure out how to get my pics on here so I can show a few peeps. What size did you start at? And what you reckon you are now? Yeah I told my surgeon I wanted to be a full D cup and I’m pretty certain this was documented I just dont really know where I stand now, I’m so dissapointed
I cant fault anything else really, I have my 6 week check up on the 18th january so I’m going to mention it then. xx
Ah you have to accept my friend request first babe.
Def have a look and let me know how different they are to yours x
No Rachieboo I havent been measured yet was going to do that a couple of days before I go for my 6 week check. Thing is I have no idea who my patient co-ordinator is, I know that sounds strange but she was on holiday and ended up seeing someone else then when I went again I saw a different on, they are all really lovely ladies and it was probably better that I got to meet all of them as they had all had their boobs done so it was great to hear all their different opinions. I just dont have a direct number for any of them
Thanks emily2010, I’m trying its been 3 weeks and I never really had a lot of swelling they have soften quite a lot I just cant imagine that big an increase in them
Thanks Khanni, I had overs. I know I wish I had read this forum before I paid and agreed on size, I was a complete novice and just took my surgeons word, but your right I think he should have probably suggested a bigger implant size to get the look I wanted. I’m just mortified over christmas all my family wanted to see and they said they couldnt even see a difference and after £4250 I was expecting a few comments lol

Hey babe
Go to your profile, there is a sub heading called friends. Click on that and then under there will be another heading called requests. Click on that and you should see the request from me. Accept me, go to my profile, click on my album and you will be able to see all my pictures xxx
I am at Birmingham too and my PC is Annemarie, she is lovely and helpful.
The surgeon knows best for what’ll suit your size and I’m sure they’ll turn out just fine, I think the other lass was about 8 weeks when hers suddenly grew an went from bein 1 cup size bigger to the 3 or 4 cup sizes she’d originally asked for x
Thanks your boobies look great, mine are def much smaller though! Ahh I have seen anne marie and jodie and someone else lol, they are all lovely! I just havent got any numbers for any of them
xxx
Ok I’ll private message you Annemarie’s number babe xxx
try get some pictures on here and we can have a little peak xx
Yeah I’m hoping so… I just dont feel that they will at the mo
I wish I’d have said to my surgeon that I wanted to go bigger, as he didnt say that that was the maximum I could go to. I think after wanting it for so long and to have spent all that money its just quite gutting.

Thanks thats much appreciated hun, I was hoping to get my before pictures from them too, have you had yours? It would be great to actually compare them properly as I was to embarrased to get any myself xxx
I cant believe you have only gone up one cup size with this I would definitely go get measured now just to see and compare. I didnt think mine looking that big as im stuck in this sports bra and to be honest am quickly forgetting what little I use to have. I was a 34a and have been wearing a 36c sports bra but got measured today and have been told im a 34e!! I was shocked to say the least but the small bras just wernt covering and it made me realise how much bigger they actually were. I had 365cc so a smaller implant than you.
Also you can use creams just dont let it go near your scars do around the skin up top etc xx
Hi kutri I feel exactly the same bt I’m only 1am post op. I was 34b an had 380 MHP overs an I think I’m only a C cup!
Iv been real upset about it too as I told people I was havin it dun an now they can’t even notice
Take a look at my pics lv, jst added u xx
hi kutri
yes you need to massage them from 2 week onwards just stay away from the insitions messaging them helps keep a natural feel and also reduces risk of capsular contraction i am sure they will get bigger intime i am 6.5 weeks post op and they are changing every day x x
@abi21 how soon after your op were you measured? I’m 3 weeks post op, can they measure you in sports bra or will I need to take it off? Thanks will start using creams now, just avoiding my scars. *fingers crossed*
@naty128 Did you only have your op yesturday? I have just added you as there wasnt a friend request. Would love to see your pics
xxx
1wk post op i ment to say sori kutri lol!
jst accepted u so u can c my pics now, let me knw wa u think! u guna put any pics on? xx
awww give them time kutri, I had 380cc from a 34b and now measure 34e They do take a little time to settle, and it is really early days for you. When do you see your surgeon again? The sports bra does tend to squash them down a bit, but once you get back into underwire bras they look soooooo much better. It’s not really worth getting measured untill you are at least 6-8 weeks, cos they will change. I bought lots of bras at 8 weeks, only to have to buy a different size at 3 months! Tammy x
Hi Kutri I went and got measured yesterday which was 13 days post op. Im 99% sure all my swelling has gone so was dying to know. They may not look big but when you start to put bras on to get your size your realise fake boobies need a lot more covering as so much fuller all round I was shocked when i heard E!! Had to put my bigger sports bra on now. I still have my strips on and got measured it was fine, you take your top off just keep your sports bra on xx
