I was told a deffo no no with anything!

dont take anything because it will still be in your system when you have your op!

Try not too worry it will be over before you know it and its alot less painful than what you are thinking!

yes i had mine done last October. Everyone gets nurvous about it, its only natural! you will be with it one minuete and have boobs the next!
you’ll be a post op lady soon enough and will wonder what all your worries where over.
