What did your incisions look like?

Hey everyone

I am 2 weeks post op..and going for another post op check up tomorrow! At my one week check up last week I was told my incisions aren’t healing all that quickly. I have steri strips on and tape on top..peeked under the tape this evening and there looks to be yellow (possibly bruising) and dark red blotches over my incision..particularly the left one which is also stinging/hurting alot! Have any of you had anything like this?

I know I’m seeing the nurse tomorrow but was just curious ! XX

Dont worry honey,every ones skin reacts differently the skin changing colour is the different stages of the small bruises healing,the nurse will put your mind at rest,and because we all heal differently,some will have experienced similar to you some wont,dont worry honey.xxx
