I’ve got a couple of sports bras from sports direct for £6 each which i’ve started to wear if i’m going out now as the macom is really unflattering BUT it’s the best bra to have post op, it grows with your boobs and fits any size, it’s also longer so doesn’t touch your incisions at all. I wear it to bed now and the sports bras during the day but i couldn’t wear them last week as my scars were too tender and they were rubbing xx

I had an uplift kezza and got two macom bras…but i also got half a dozen of the asda sports bras which i find really comfy…i always wear the macom for bed but struggle finding a top to cover it if i go out anywhere as they are quite high round the top! The asda ones are only £6 too – they also do a post surgery bra which i also bought xx

You just have to choose the back size and they stretch to fit whatever size you will be, that’s why they’re worth the money even though they are expensive, saves wasting money on sports bras that might never fit xx

gonna def get one and then buy a few from asda! gonna be uncomfortable as it is after surgery so a decent bra will lighten the load! :) thank you xx
