What do they do in a PRE-OP SCREENING?!?

i’ve got my pre op screening in august for my BA and i’m abit nervous. what will they be doing there? any feedback or notes would be greatly appreciated thankyouuuuu x

The nurse will weigh you, measure your height, take your blood pressure and take pre op photos. Some people have blood tests but I didn’t, I think if you have any health problems they take blood. She’ll ask you questions about your health, tell you what you should and shouldn’t do pre and post op, tell you what will happen and what to expect and then book your 1 week post op appointment. Dr Singh is lovely x

What sort of questions does she ask you, healthwise? xx

She asks you if your on any medication etc etc, what they do during the op and all the do’s and dont’s. I drove for nearly 3 hours to get to mine and was only in there for 15 mins tut lol x x

i’m abit confused about bras to wear after surgery aswell. would it be worth taking some to the pre op screening to see if i’ve bought the right sort of thing?? xxx

She goes through the form you filled out at your initial consultation and asks questions based on that x
